Title VI/ADA/Discrimination Information

NYC Ferry is committed to operating a fully inclusive service. Any individual who believes they have been excluded from participating in, been denied benefits of, or otherwise been discriminated against because of their race, color, national origin, gender, age, sexuality, disability, income, or limited ability to speak English, has the right to file a formal complaint.

NYC Ferry Title VI Compliance Notice

NYC Ferry gives public notice of its Title VI compliance policy.

NYC Ferry is committed to providing non-discriminatory service and ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination in the receipt of its services on the basis of race, color, or national origin, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI).

To request more information about Title VI, or to submit a written complaint if you believe that you have been subjected to discrimination, you may complete and submit NYC Ferry’s Title VI complaint form or contact:

In addition to your right to file a complaint with NYC Ferry, you have the right to file a Title VI complaint with:

Federal Transit Administration

Office of Civil Rights

All complaints must be filed in writing within 180 days of the date of the alleged act of discrimination.

NYC Ferry gives public notice of its ADA compliance policy.

NYC Ferry is committed to providing services, vehicles, and facilities in a manner that is accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (Title 49 CFR Parts 27, 37, 38, and 39).

To request more information about ADA, or to submit a written complaint if you believe that you have been subjected to discrimination, you may complete and submit NYC Ferry’s ADA complaint Form or contact:
