To safely and effectively manage the boarding process, riders will see uniformed NYC Ferry agents at over 15 NYC Ferry landings during high ridership hours.Please follow all queuing and boarding directions provided by NYC Ferry agents. You may be asked to line up off the landing to ensure everyone is able to safely get on and off vessels.If you need assistance while boarding or waiting, please speak to NYC Ferry agents.
