NYC Ferry’s Summer 2026 schedule will go into effect on Monday, June 29.

Here’s everything you need to know about this schedule:

• NYC Ferry will operate two modified holiday schedules on Friday July 3rd and Saturday July 4th to accommodate harbor closures and in-water security zones for Independence Day weekend events. Please refer to the Independence Day Weekend blog post to help plan your trip.
• The Rockaway Rocket is back! Starting Saturday, July 11th, the Rockaway Rocket will return to provide peak weekend beach service from Long Island City and Greenpoint through Labor Day Weekend.
• On September 12, a point-to-point shuttle will operate between Red Hook/Atlantic Basin and Wall St./Pier 11 to accommodate cruise-related demand. Shuttle days and departure times are listed in the South Brooklyn Modified Weekend schedule below.
• A weekend schedule will operate on: 9/7/2026
• The Red Hook-Pier 11 shuttle will operate on: 9/12/2026
